I have purchased a professional report but I cannot see it. Where can I find it?

Astro Gold for iPhone/iPad includes a number of Professional Reports, such as the Birth Chart Report, and the Birthday Report.

Before you can locate your report, the first thing you need to do is to make sure the purchase was completed. If the purchase was successful, you should have received a message from the Apple Store that said “Thank you. Your purchase was successful.” If you did not receive such a message, then for some reason you have not purchased the report, and it will not be available to you. You will need to try again to purchase it.

If, however, you did receive the Thank You message, your purchase did go through. So now, let’s see how to locate it.

Once you have paid for the report, it takes a few moments for it to be generated. If you wait a few minutes, the report should open automatically in Astro Gold.

But sometimes it doesn’t. What happens on occasion is that a person will leave the purchase dialog before the report generation is finished. In that case, Apple will issue a credit. Then, what needs to be done is to go to the Report window again, as if planning to purchase the same type of report, and instead of a dollar amount there should be a Credit listed for that report. Tap the Credit option, and because Astro Gold knows which report was purchased, it will open the report.

Once you have the report on your screen, you will see a few options you can tap. Done will close that report.

To the left of the word Done you will see one that has a square with an arrow….tapping this one will allow you to send the report to an email address of your choice, or save it to any app you have that can read a PDF, such as iBooks, or DropBox.

And further to the left is a little flag symbol. If you tap on that flag, you will then see it change colour, and you will be saving it on your iPhone or iPad as a Favourite. If you choose to save it as a Favourite, then you will be able to find it any time you want at the bottom of the Professional Reports screen in the My Saved Reports section.
