There are two types of interpretations in Astro Gold.

Firstly you can read interpretations on the screen of your Astro Gold. These come free with the app and cannot be printed or emailed.

You also have the option to purchase Professional Reports within the app and yes, once you have opened the purchased report in your Astro Gold app, there is a small box with an arrow through it at the top right of your screen, which is the Send To icon. When you click on this icon, it will offer several options. You can choose the Mail option to email a copy of the report as a PDF. If you have set up a connection to a printer, using Airprint, you can also choose to send the report to your printer. And you may have other options you can use as well, such as sending a copy to your Dropbox if you have that app installed.
