The Astro Gold menu itself gives you access to high level functionality concerning Astro Gold.
•The "About Astro Gold" menu item has details about the current App, Swiss Ephemeris & ACS versions.
•The "Preferences" menu item gives access to all the settings in the program.
•Use "Import Io Charts" if you created charts in Io, which is no longer an actively supported application, and want to use those charts in Astro Gold (see Import from Time Cycles Io for full instructions).
•"Services" lets you view and change the MacOS System Preferences.
•For screen management the "Hide ..." menu items relate to hiding or making visible the Astro Gold window itself and/or all the other app windows you may have open at any point in time.
•If you have been running a demo version of Astro Gold but now have a license, you can enter the license name and number using the "Register..." menu item, and so unlock the full potential of Astro Gold.
•Use "Check for Updates" to make sure you're running the latest version.
•"Clear Displayed Data" is intended to help you maintain client name and chart confidentiality, by clearing many lists still displaying data from the current and previous sessions.
