The first step is to make sure that you have the iCloud Drive turned on in your device settings.
- Click on the Settings icon on your iPhone or iPad to get to the Settings screen. You should see near the top your name, and an arrow you can click on to get to the iCloud.
- Once you have clicked on the arrow, scroll down if necessary until you see the word iCloud and click on it
- Now, look for the iCloud Drive and, if it is not turned on, click on the button so it turns green, which will turn it on.
- Now exit settings
Now you are ready to tell Astro Gold to use the iCloud Drive
- Open Astro Gold.
- Click on the Settings app at the bottom, which looks like gears.
- Look at the bottom of the settings page. (If it says iCloud Drive Enabled you are done with setup.)
- If it says iCloud Drive Disabled, click on it to get to the next page.
- You will then get a message about storing charts. Click on the words Switch to iCloud at the bottom of the message.
- You should now see that the iCloud Drive is Enabled, and you are done setup.
Whenever you save a new chart, or choose to open a previously saved chart, the charts will be stored on the iCloud Drive.
