There are three general options you can set to control what you view on the screen. To access these:

Click the View menu.

1)Selected Chart Count

This allows you to specify how many charts you want to work with. The shortcut keys shown to the right of each menu option are also very handy for doing this directly from the keyboard. You can also do this in the "Selection Panel".

2)Selection Panel

The "Selection Panel" is the small rectangular area above the "Selected Charts" pane- Pane; Selection Panel -which shows what mode the pane is in, which in turn determines what will subsequently be displayed in the pane:

a)to see the birth/event details of each chart click Select Charts

b)to see specific chart point information for the Chart 1 click Chart Explorer

4)Show Transits Bar

This controls whether the "Transits Bar" containing the current positions of the mundane planets (shown below) is displayed across the bottom of the Main Screen - it is toggled on or off by repetitively clicking on it. When it's on the bar is displayed. When it's off the bar is hidden.
