If you haven't done so already, open Map Tools. Then select Relocate Chart or Relocation Report.
If you are connected to the internet when you tap on the Globe icon in either the "Relocate Chart" or "Relocation Report" screen , the following screen opens.
If, on whatever Relocation screen you came from, you had a valid location entered in the "Place" and "Country/State" fields, then it will be found and displayed shown by the red marker. Otherwise the map will display the location shown in the "Natal" section of the Relocation screen you came from.
Finding a location
1)In the Search bar at the top type in the city or town you want to find. If you wish you can also type after that a comma, and then the Country or State. However most times all cities and even very small towns are found just from their name alone without the Country being needed.
2)Tap on the blue Search button down in the keyboard. The location will be displayed on the map - an example is below. You can progressively zoom in by repeatedly double-tapping on the red location marker (or using normal finger gestures). You can zoom out by closing pinched figures together.
3)You can manually make adjustments to the location by pressing down hard on the red location marker with your finger and continue holding your finger down (a "long press") - the red marker will then soon "bubble" up to be above your finger, and if you keep holding your finger down you can then start dragging the marker around the screen to other places on the map. When you are at a place you want to use lift your finger off the screen. The new location label will pop up.
4)If you want to use this location to relocate to, you need to add it to your Personal Atlas.
a)To do this tap once very lightly on the white location label. A dialog box will pop up, in which you can edit the location name if you like e.g. by giving it a name that is meaningful to you, before tapping on the Save button to save it.
b)Once saved you will be returned to the original Relocate To screen, with this location entered into the Place and Country/State fields.
